Some products on our website may be available as part of a subscription. This policy explains how subscription purchases work and how you can manage or cancel them.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries of the selected product at the delivery frequency you choose.

Subscription details, including pricing and delivery intervals, are clearly displayed at checkout.

Your payment details are stored securely, and you will be charged automatically for each scheduled delivery unless you choose to pause or cancel your subscription.

MANAGING OR CANCELLING A SUBSCRIPTION

You can manage, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time.

Subscriptions can be managed by:

  • using the link provided in your order confirmation email
  • accessing your customer account
  • or contacting us directly for assistance

Changes made to a subscription will apply to future deliveries only.

BILLING & RENEWALS

Subscriptions renew automatically based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, subscriptions must be cancelled or paused before the next scheduled billing date.

RETURNS & REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS

Returns and refunds for subscription orders are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

As Hydrae products are food supplements, returns are limited to unopened items and must meet the conditions outlined in that policy.

PURCHASE OPTIONS NOT OFFERED

Hydrae does not currently offer:

  • pre-orders
  • try-before-you-buy purchases

Any future purchase options will be clearly communicated at checkout and reflected in an updated version of this policy.
