SHIPPING POLICY

Please read this Shipping Policy carefully before placing an order.

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are dispatched and delivered when you purchase products from Hydrae (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. This may change in the future, and any updates will be reflected on our website.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

All orders are shipped using Royal Mail tracked services.

The available delivery options will be displayed at checkout based on your order:

  • Royal Mail Tracked 48
    Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24
    Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days

Delivery estimates are provided as guidance only and are not guaranteed.

3. ORDER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Orders are typically processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

  • Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 1pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Free Delivery

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £75, provided the order can be shipped using Royal Mail services.

If an order exceeds Royal Mail size or weight limits, an alternative courier option may be applied at checkout.

5. TRACKING

All orders are shipped with tracking.

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. You can use this information to follow the progress of your delivery directly with Royal Mail.

6. DELIVERY DELAYS

While we aim to meet all stated delivery timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Postal network disruptions
  • High demand periods

Hydrae is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or other external factors once an order has been dispatched.

7. INCORRECT ADDRESS DETAILS

Please ensure that all delivery information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

Hydrae cannot be held responsible for orders delayed, misdelivered, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details supplied by the customer.

Additional delivery charges may apply for reshipment in these circumstances.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We may require photographs or additional information to assist with investigations and resolution.

9. CHANGES TO THIS SHIPPING POLICY

We reserve the right to update or amend this Shipping Policy at any time.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
