Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

- European Union: 2–5 business days

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
All applicable charges are shown before you complete your purchase.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
For deliveries outside the UK and EU, local customs duties or taxes may apply. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Hydrae is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Yes. Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is:
- unopened
- unused
- in its original condition
Due to the nature of food supplements, opened products cannot be returned.
To initiate a return, please contact us via the Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

- a brief description of the issue
- clear photos where possible
